I think yin is one of the more challenging types of yoga, because it not only asks you to confront yourself but it asks you to stay, to stay with sensation, to stay with emotion, to be brave about it, to not turn away from what you find. In this class, we use the breath as a flashlight to do just that. Let’s venture into the wilderness of the body & explore the aliveness of the moment together. Might be nice to have some props available (blankets or pillows, etc).
