gentle rhythms

quickie sequence!

This one starts with a simple side bending sequence and continues to build and build upon that. In 30 minutes we twist, backbend, forward bend and side bend. We start seated and eventually come up to stand, exploring how the simple act of looking around can impact our nervous system. We play with some tree shapes and strong warriors, and end with some rhythmic rolling as a way to relax and ground.
