Hello, and Happy Thursday!
Sharing a couple summer-themed classes from years past with you, in case you’re looking for a way to mark the brightest, longest day of the year tomorrow ☼ 𖤓 ☼ 𖤓 ☼
First two are behind the paywall, last one is free!
Solstice Vinyasa Flow - Slow, rhythmic sequence replete with twists & balancing postures to honor the seasonal shift and to invite the warmth and energy of summer into your own body. A small, ceremonial way for you to remember your own light, and to touch in to the natural cycles of self.
Yin & Yang Mashup- Targets the meridian lines and connective tissues of the upper body via the shoulders, inner/outer arms and backbends. In TCM, the summer season is associated with the fire element, and with growth, passion and abundance! If you have had reservations in the past about exploring yin yoga because of the long hold times, this could be a good gateway class for you thanks to the incorporation of gentle yang flows, which break up the many moments of stillness.
(FREE) Electric Heart- Luscious and slow, with a focus on the physical and energetic heart space. Also lots of opportunities to lay on the ground.
